A bent towards social responsibility activities inspired Subrat to take the responsibility of
being an enthused social activist, starting from when he was the Student Union Leader, at
Gopabandhu Science College in Athaghar, Cuttack.
He worked in close association with LOKSEVAK MANDAL, Odisha under the guidance of The
SAMAJ foundation, formed by the great personality, Padma Bhushan Dr Radhanath Ratha.
Subrat championed many social activity drives such as plantation drives, Go Green drives, and
education for underprivileged children along with many health camps for the poor and
backward in and around the State.
Post MBA, Subrat worked for a German Logistics company, DPWN’s Indian division DHL Express,
as the Regional Manager for 7 years; an experience which he leveraged in 2011 when he became
the pioneer in Odisha to form an international logistics company. SRP Logistics {a unit of SRP

Forwarders, operating worldwide
through the World cargo association network having a presence in 170 countries and offices in
Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Tamil Nadu
to provide clearance and Forwarding support to the Exporters & Importers.
To add value to his home state Odisha, he formed “The Gyana Sagar Educational Trust” to impart
free education to underprivileged children and he is very confident and ambitious to take it to
the next level in the coming days.
To generate revenues for the noble cause he stepped into the Real-Estate business with limited
land banks of Intellex Strategic Management Pvt Ltd which was laid with Sai Anandam in
2009. The story continued with Saiyansh Enclave, Intellex Imperia, Signature I and so on.
Subrat’s father is a renowned Veterinarian Surgeon in Govt of Odisha. He served the State for
more than 30 years with full dedication and continued to support the Stray cattle by giving free
treatment through different animal welfare societies, and his wife Mansi Panda after completing a degree in Aviation Management joined Intellex as a Director and utilised her interest &
expertise in Interior designing, to add value to the Organisation. She has also been awarded
‘The Budding Woman Entrepreneur in the State ’ for her contribution to society and empowering
women through different events.
